Terms and Conditions for Smart Board Learning LLC (SBL)
1. Introduction
Welcome to Smart Board Learning LLC (referred to as “SBL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Products”). By accessing or using the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Products.
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements or understandings related to the use of SBL Products and services.

- Posting or sharing SBL content on any platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Security of Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity occurring under your account.
- Notify SBL immediately of unauthorized account access or breaches.
3. Content Usage and Ownership
3.1 Ownership
All music, videos, quizzes, games, animations, and other content within SBL Products are copyrighted materials owned exclusively by SBL. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Limited License
SBL grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Products solely for educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
3.3 Restrictions
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from SBL content without prior written consent.
- You agree not to use SBL Products or content for commercial purposes without explicit authorization.
4. Content Limitations and Warranties
4.1 Volume, Visual Effects, and Motion
- SBL is not responsible for any damage or harm caused by the volume of audio, colors, or motion graphics displayed in our Products. Users assume all risk for physical or mental effects.
4.2 Content Availability
- SBL makes no guarantees regarding the availability of advertised content. Some content may be modified, removed, or unavailable without notice. Unadvertised content may also appear.
4.3 Disclaimer of Offensive Content
- SBL disclaims responsibility for any offense caused by the educational content. Adults supervising children should determine the appropriateness of the content.
4.4 No Warranty for Accuracy
- SBL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the educational content.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Products for unlawful purposes or violate applicable laws and regulations.
- Share or distribute content in ways that infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful software into the Products.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Products or other users.
6. Subscription Terms
6.1 Payments and Refunds
- All subscription purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Payments for subscriptions and other services are assumed to be made by adults.
6.2 Physical Products
- Any physical products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. SBL is not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered by users.
- Returns for physical products are accepted at SBL’s sole discretion.
7. Privacy and Data Use

- By using SBL Products, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- SBL does not sell personal information to third parties.

9.2 No Liability for Damages
SBL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury arising from the use of the Products.
9.3 Liability Cap
SBL’s total liability for claims related to your use of the Products is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the six months preceding the claim.
